Sexual Harassment Policy
One of the most basic elements in our business which is under strict attention of Sealand as a company that we believe is & will enable women & men thrive and perform professionally is sexual harassment prevention.
Sexual harassment is not tolerated by any sort and meant to be, the welcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment when:
- submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of an individual’s employment,
- submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is used as the basis for employment decisions affecting such individuals, or
- such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual’s work performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment.
- Inappropriate attempts at sexual humor
Anyone fully confident that she or he has been subjected to sexual harassment by anyone within the company should immediately contact her or his supervisor, Manager or Personnel Manager.
All company managers & supervisors have to treat these reports as confidential and respond to them as confidential.
Any violation of this Policy may subject the employee to disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
